The Academy requires about 5 hours per week of live training calls. Most certification requirements can be completed at your convenience. Our training calls accommodate students from around the world.
The Academy is 130 hours, and it is accelerated to help you become a confident coach as fast as possible. Other programs include 300+ training hours and require long 30-hour weekend trainings, which can feel rushed and overwhelming. The Academy is robust and simplified so that your timeline for success is collapsed.

We will make sure you have all the requirements necessary to be eligible for ACC, PCC or MCC credentials, if you choose to receive them from the International Coach Federation.
