Coaching is a professional relationship that supports someone in getting from where they are to where they want to be. In other words, coaches help take people from Point A to Point B in any area of their lives.

The cornerstone of our training is the live training modules. These are group trainings where you get the opportunity to learn, apply and experience the power of coaching.
Module 1: Coaching Fundamentals
In our introductory weekend, you will learn how to create rapport and trust with clients, the structure and flow of a coaching session and our signature STEAR Method™ that will inspire your clients to achieve their goals.
Module 2: Advanced Coaching
In this weekend, you will delver deeper into high-level coaching techniques that will allow you to remove the biggest blocks that hold people back. You will also learn powerful tools to support your clients in unleashing their inner potential.
Module 3: Business Development
We are the only coaching school to provide an entire weekend that helps students with their entrepreneurial goals, no matter how little experience they have in marketing and sales. You will learn how to build a brand and launch a successful business.
